Juice Sulphiter

Juice Sulphiter, is designed to have minimum juice retention time of less than 7 minutes and working height of juice column above gas distribution is not less than 2 meters.

Stirrer is provided for homogenous mixing. Absorption tower on the top of this unit helps in scrubbing of the SO2 gas traces from the outgoing air and inert gases accompanying the SO2 gas.

This Juice Sulphiter comes with Auto pH control system to control lime dosing as well as SO2 gas addition, to help generation of optimum level of Calcium Sulphite precipitate in the juice at 7 pH.
