Sulpher Burner With Heat Recovery

Film / Continuous type Sulphur burners from VRL are provided with Heat Recovery Systems. This system eliminates usage of 7 Kg/cm2 Steam for melting of sulphur. Electrical heaters provided will help for initial start-up.

Once gas generation is started, the heaters are automatically switched off, to make use of heat recovered from Sulphur Dioxide gas for melting the Sulphur and to maintain temperature in the molten Sulphur handling lines.
