Tubular Juice Heater

The Tubular Juice Heaters working on vapors from Evaporators are designed to reduce the temperature difference between heating & heated media. These heaters are carefully designed to have minimum possible pressure drop, helping in trouble-free performance of the Juice Pumps & also to reduce power consumption at these pumps.

Vapor distribution, heavy and non-condensable gas withdrawals and condensate withdrawal are very carefully designed to make these Heaters work very effectively with higher heat transfer co-efficient when compared to conventional heaters.
