VRL(VRL Automation engineering & projects Pvt Ltd,) hither to known for the supply of Energy Efficient Sugar plants, is extended its wings to design, manufacture & supply ethanol plants, in technical collaboration with MDT(Mussi Distillation Technology), A 176 years old company established in Italy, and globally known for world class ethanol technology.

Majority of the ethanol plants in Brazil and other parts of the world are working on Mussi Distillation Technology.

MDT IN THE FIELD OF ETHANOL / ALCOHOL TECHNOLOGY:

The current design of the Ethanol / Alcohol plants is the result of technological concept and manufacturing methods started in 1842, the years of its foundation and constantly improved in 176 years of total dedication into the distillation field by our partners MDT.
Due to its experience and presence in the market, M D T maintains a leading position in engineering and construction of Ethanol / Alcohol distilleries.

In addition to its presence in Italy, Europe and worldwide M D T is a significant player in the Brazilian market since the 70's with the beginning of the Brazilian program “Proalcool”. During that time M D T signed several contracts in Brazil.

M D T introduced new concepts in the Brazilian distillation area such as low steam consumption, allowing the use of exhaust steam and introduction of energy saving concept to help in higher power co-generation (the concept of self-supporting plants) and last but not least, the dismountable valves-tray system to replace the traditional bubble cup trays.

All M D T plants are designed in accordance with the highest standards for materials, manufacturing, safety and environmental rules.
